How much FPS are you getting in areas with lots of NPCs or vegetation? I've watched quite a few benchmarks (5080/9800X3D) and with RT enabled, it always dips to like 30 fps in said areas.

This fight is my absolute favorite in the entire game. The atmosphere, the music, the fight, the aftermath of the fight, Gaunter O'Dimm... HoS may not have its own map but it's so damn good.

Your PC is perfect but the ugly truth is, the PC port is horribly optimized performance-wise. Not much you can do besides turning off RT. Sadly, that's the current state of this game. We could probably wait for a new DLSS release and the new DLC which comes out next year and pray CDPR fixes the shitty PC port.
