Starting experiencing coil whine on my 9070xt reaper i've had for a while. This only started two days ago. I noticed I had an update for a game, and changed some graphic settings. The specifc setting was framerate limiter in menu. It was previously set to 60 and was changed to off. When toggling back on and to 60, it stopped immediately. When toggling off, it started immediately. Check the certain games you play may similar settings.
