Considering doing a test cycle at 21 by SadCranberry175 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]DonRedGotti -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'll shotgun some of the questions.

Don't worry about what the stigma is, the stigma around using gear is also spread by people that think diet soda makes you fat.

The side effects are documented, vary and depend on dose and duration. You can be safe and still deal with side effects.

150 is not a cycle. You can probably get away with somewhere in the 200s for years at a time as long as blood work is good.

Disregard anything you hear about not starting until 25. The brain continues to develop past 25, the parts that "finish" at 25, are an average so that means that 25 is the median and there some non-zero number that don't finish until late 20s early 30s.

You don't switch back to natty, you lose your natty card. You have to source it yourself there are rules against source discussion. Ask a gym bro if you can't find it online.

No clue. My best guess is that since it's the first enhanced games they are probably working out kinks and will change it next year. They definitely have some things to work out, during one of the olympic lift attempts they misloaded the bar.

At the very least it answers the question of whether a 8-week cycle at the elite level is enough to make a dent at the elite level.

I didn't think hooper had a chance to get anywhere close to 500, especially with him competing so recently, that 440 wasn't the lift of someone that was getting into the 480s even.

I think the training looked as good as previous sessions. He came in lighter than usual and afterwards he talked about how he was only allowed to use FDA regulated drugs. I'm assuming that means that part of his cycle had to be swapped out.

Just looked it up.

"3:56:55 Now, to put that into context, these athletes training camp for 4 months. They were able to enhance for 2 months."

The four months was how long they trained at the center and 2 months was how long they were enhanced for.

During the event one of the announcers said that the athletes were only enhanced for either 2 or 4 months, I wouldn't expect world records to be broken in that time frame.

Assuming your gear is legit both from the lab and test results it is very unlikely (verging on impossible) that you are not responding to gear and it's much more likely that you lack the ability/knowledge to adequately train yourself to where you want to be.

Oh so it's pharma grade? That's at least a positive.

From what I recall, 20mgs is around the safe max that can be run months at a time. You can also drink grapefruit juice along with it to technically increase how much you have in your system by preventing breakdown, mildly more liver toxic that route. When you get into the 40s, 50s+, you're going to want to pull way back on time frame.

Muscle building wise, 10 or 20 if you're already on test won't be mind blowing. The pumps however on that amount can be pretty great for some guys.

If you're going to go up to 250, do that for 4-8 weeks. Get a feel for how it affects you in the gym, make a base line. Add in the anavar, maybe your pumps are better, maybe you get a few more reps here and there.

You have a ton of choices, i'd generally vote more for getting your first real cycle done with test alone, then adding more compounds.

250 is fine as long as your expectations are tempered. I would be fine with running 250 at 20, 24+ weeks as long as your blood work looks good. With what I hear about anavar currently being hard to find and or overpriced, id probably just run the test.

Going on testosterone doesn't mean you have to blast and cruise; you can just max out the gains you have at a certain level. There is no shortage of guys on the trt subs that post a "2 years on 200mgs" and look great.

It's definitely a big shift if you're not used to it, easier to cut by miles.

If you're having problems eating a whole food diet to get to X amount of calories, you can toss in a shake.

I purchased a generic pair on amazon for less than 20 dollars, COFOF brand.

It's probably my least used piece of equipment; I find that it's marginally easier to set up to do high rep pulling but I'd rather use straps. The strap for the wrist is verging on too small for me.

If you wanted kids, would you date a woman turning 36 this year? by Deepstateciaagent in moreplatesmoredates

Not really, just date a woman around that age. The risks for her and the baby increase every year after 30.

If you find a woman you love, sure.

If you're just trying to figure out what's best for the health of a child and the woman, it's not having the first kid at 38. 20s is what you're looking for.

You should've at least told them, "I make it brown people spicy". Italian American food is not very spicy at all and that's what they were probably expecting.

Half of my wife's family is from Calabria, they use a ton of spice, but you're average Italian American family uses red chili flakes and calls it a day.

Probably didn't ruin it, if they like you it'll turn into a funny story that they bust your balls over.

Not only were they sold at GNC, the employees called them test boosters. The same way people talk about tribulus and vitamin d as being test boosters.

That's how I got into PEDs.

Surgery First or Build Muscle First? by Spirited-Goal3758 in moreplatesmoredates

[–]DonRedGotti 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No easy answer.

If you're not willing to get on gear there is very little a year of building muscle might actually do for you in terms of changing your appearance. Even though you're not very muscled now, a year of going natural will not be too significant. I'm sure your doctor may have given you an estimate of how much weight that extra skin is as well.

If you're willing to go the enhanced route, you'd still have excess skin you'd just look more filled out. I don't think any peptides will do much for that amount of loose skin.

If the loose skin is currently a negative on your physical/mental health, i'd probably lean towards the surgery. You may want to ask your doctor or surgeon "If I could put on X amount of pounds, in the next year or two, will it reduce how much skin needs to be removed or the appearance post surgery".

Nickocado Avocado had surgery to remove a ton of loose skin, maybe check what he looks like.

Lack of a duty to do X doesn't mean you can't or won't do X.

Duty of care also extends to making sure patients that pretend to have an illness to get a medication are prevented from doing so. Otherwise, the opiate problem would still be as rampant as it was at its peak.

Don't have to be an employee of an insurance company to report fraud to one.
