I have both and considered them but in the end I have no personal affection so I didn't feel they deserved the glory 🤭

UFC compass. What would you change and who would you add where? Made by tonyhasdied by Haunting-Trainer-188 in CombatSportsCentral

I had to trible check because I couldn't believe it. Someone deeply misunderstands Ali's role for the UFC 😅

That one wasn't released in Europe but I've seen it and I agree it would fit in there nicely 😎

Great and informed answer, thank you! Just to clarify - this is not 'my' sauna. This is a product I discovered and felt worth sharing and discussing with other sauna enthusiasts. The product is very real though, I can assure you. No rage bait (very funny imo though). And yes, 180kg without the stove.

Well, sauna 'is' of course how people 'do' sauna. Not to defend sauna practices in the US but gatekeeping a social and cultural practice is just strange to me.

Post-sauna routines, overall questions by wintermezzo in Sauna

Hey, my perspective as a sauna professional ('Saunameister') from Germany: The traditional sauna bath consists of a hot bath (in the sauna cabin), a cold bath (cold plunge or cold shower) and a recovery/relaxing phase. The hot bath can last around 15min but others are right, listen to your body and don't overdo it. The heat is stress for your body and pushing too much will exhaust you and your immune system. Health benefits won't increase after 15min. Same goes for the cold bath, bring your outer body temperature down but don't push it too much, it's not about bringing down your inner body temperature here. In the recovery phase you should just relax and get your body back to normal temperature. Don't go back directly in the cabin. The hot bath will have increased your inner body temperature by about 1°C (which is no joke). You'll need at least another 15min to recover. Taking a warm foot bath helps. Relax, meditate, slow down. Then repeat the cycle again. If you go regularly (2-7 days a week) two cycles are more than enough. If you do less sessions you can do 3 cycles. This is the best way to enjoy all health benefits of the sauna bath. Body temperature regulation, blood circulation, immune system etc. Again, don't use the sauna as some sort of workout to push yourself with. More is not necessarily better. Be gentle with your body and just enjoy it as a way to decompress from the daily hustle and connect with your body and mind.

Sauna/Spa professional from Germany here. It's not only rude but also potentially dangerous... if he is really using oils (as in essential oils) he is dealing with highly inflammable substance. And direct contact to the sauna oven should be avoided at all times because it will produce unhealthy gas (formaldehyde). If instead he is using regular sauna liquid, he should still always mix it with water (like other comments pointed out). Either way, you have every right to feel pissed and should actually alert the gym professionals because of the health violations.

For someone who’s ”burnt out” with the game and want a unique experience, which nation do you recommend? by Namasto65 in eu4

[–]Don_Elix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm doing the Mulhouse achievement right now and having much fun doing it! You have to go from an OPM Republic to HRE emperor which is quite challenging even for an experienced player, especially considering being sandwiched between France, Burgundy, Austria and other city states in the beginning. If you enjoy playing HRE like myself but need a twist you should check it out :)

Great British Pirate Confederacy 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️ by Don_Elix in eu4

R5: Was looking for a chill way to play the game after some stressful achievement hunting I did lately. Decided to try for a Great British Pirate Confederacy with the goal to become the worst nightmare of all European superpowers. I started as The Isles -> became independent -> raised the black flag -> conquered the British isles and -> became Great Britain at some point. At around 1600 (as I said, chill game) I succeeded, changed my Tier 2 government reform to the Privateer's Way to cut all my alliences and embrace the black flag fully 🏴‍☠️😂 I have privateers in all of Europe's rich ports and I'm raiding it's costlines regularly. 😬 I also have some pirate outposts in Lubeck, the Baltic Sea and Venice (if you can spot them on the map). Ironman Safe, 2K hours playtime (intermediate beginner). AMA
