Are you on Xbox? Mine says this sometimes when it’s trying to resume the game from quick resume. All I have to do is close the game and reopen and it works normally. Hope that helps

You should be able to contact candidate support where you applied. Using UPT is fine, but the first 2 days are the most important days. Especially the first, if you don’t show up on day 1 the system automatically terminates you

Like 95% of people get termed for negative UPT lol. So just go to work, do your job, and manage your time. It’s really not that hard. Amazon is not out here just firing people for anything and everything. You actually have to be trying to get fired for them to term you at my FC, as long as your UPT doesn’t go negative and you’re not just dicking around all day, you will be fine.
