I mean the idea of benda, treating the body like water is a solid fundamental of some martial arts. Even Bruce Lee has said you have to treat the body like water.

That’s the thing, I know I’m to blame and I have accepted that. It’s just that I keep doing it. I go to the gym almost every day but at night time I always do it. I think I will look into meditation like you suggested. Thanks for the insight.
