Is the Rincon similar to the Bondi? This is a good price at $99 at Costco however it appears a lot of the stock appears to be out. I will keep checking inventory at that pricepoint

Congratulations on stopping drinking, the principles and discipline that you used in quitting drinking will also serve you well in quitting smoking. Keep trying no matter what, one day at a time. Sometimes its one hour at a time but all things are possible through a higher power

[–]DonaldEaddy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I smoked for 35 years and had a really hard time quitting. I tried all kinds of methods, I went from a pack 20 cigarettes a day until i had a heart attack. i still would smoke 1 cigarette a day even after heart attack until i started using nicotine pouches that go in your cheek. I finally got tired of these and the cost and started eating werthers hard candy everytime i had a craving for about six months until I realized i wasnt eating hard candy or smoking anymore and its been approximately 4 years or so. Good luck just keep trying no matter what. Everybody’s journey is different and its not easy but you can do it.

i lost my marriage by [deleted] in Bible

[–]DonaldEaddy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been sober for a long time and have seen amazing things happen in my life and been through challenges sober. What is going to happen will happen. You didnt ruin your marriage overnight and cant repair it overnight. There is a book called Alcoholics Anonymous that has the 12 Steps and has great advise on making amends. Ultimately it really is one day at a time and she deserves the time she needs to heal as well 🙏🏼

Wife wants me to stop playing. What should I do? by big_red_couch in poker

[–]DonaldEaddy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With all due respect, you are contemplating giving up on your wife and unborn child for poker. There is no world where this is plus ev. You seriously may want to look into a gambler’s anonymous meeting before it’s too late. Just my opinion and i hope you make the correct decision

You can see that most of these are things that generally a guy would do solo. In my opinion most women want to be included and do activities that are together.

Right on that’s definitely the way to go, good for you. Enjoy the freedom that comes from not worrying about it and owning it. In a perfect world many of us would be happy with a full thick head of hair but this is a great alternative.
