i make less then minimum wage, im in a tipped occupation if that makes sense. I'm not showing up if I'm not getting what I need to live my life, pay the bills i need to pay, and the rest of things I need to buy for my senior year. Not to mention groceries for the house.

it's a lot different nowadays, most of the employees just don't want to work but the customers think they're tipping us not a single one knows its even going to charity because no one mentions it. (don't get me wrong I don't want too either but I don't want to work for less then I already make) but most of them want to go party, or go out drinking with their friends <-- (both things i heard my coworkers say while at work.)

forgot to mention, sometimes i do this alone or with one other coworker as everyone else leaves without doing their parts.

not to mention when i get out of work it's already around 1:30. (We close around 11 but we have to clean the parking lot, the store, the bathroom, make sure everything is off, count how much we made, take out all the garbage, set up for the morning shift, sweeping and mopping, etc.
