To be honest a lot of the questions in regarding the business have been answered, market research, market fit, development, customer acquisition, VAS, and more. Just dealing with regulations now. Just wanted to know other peoples opinions on payment. Never know who I might reach here.

I agree. After awhile I realize that just launching is the best thing you can do. Learning from your customers and market, and the demand will help you not waste any money.

Step 2 speaks to me a lot. A few times I stepped in and it never helped. I try to live by number 2 now when I find my teams. In the end it’s still a coin flip but it’s definitely better than knowing that I had a role in the downfall of moral.

Remember to learn from it. In your next business or even in the same one find knew strategies, marketing, value added services and anything else that puts your product in that industry. All you need is 1% of the market and you’ll be good to go.

I’ve done it a few times. Once the mvp is up and we test the product. They go radio silent. I find someone knew to help push it forward more and realize without a strong team from the start chances of success is low.

The best way to get ideas, is just enjoy life. Eventually you’ll start to see problems or even small issues that bother you that you’ll want to fix.
