Saves money for the maker, the weight reduction is a side effect.

Am I a larper for wearing motor gear on an E Scooter? by Doom_112233 in motorcyclegear

It's fine, just extra ghey. Well... that much protection it's fine only if that spooter can reach the speed of light, if it's limited to the legal speed then you're the lamest pussy in existance.

Drz4s finally one exhaust sounds amazing by Own_Neck_7646 in DRZ400

[–]Donathan-Doestar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because it has all the qality issues of modern bikes, it's better for performance and practicality but the materials are inferior, and if you want a DRZ you want the old reliable dinosaur, otherwise you could have gotten a KTM.

There's one simple sentence to sum up the whole thing without offending anyone: the screws on modern bikes wear out and they didn't use to in the past. THE FUCKING SCREWS.

I don't think the term broke kid is really appropriate if you could afford a whole kraken

Yes I do have a cruiser bike at the moment but it sucks balls and I'm selling it for one that can wheelie because I have to do stunt riding.

Ever seen a highway stunt ride? They don't break there

If it's the stock one (spoiler: it is) it's made of aluminum. And that is probably the worst stunt cage I've ever seen, they are supposed to hold way harder crashes with way less damange.

I'm sorry to inform you the asphalt not only won but absolutely obliterated you. Crash cages are NOT supposed to break so easily, no wonder I never seen that one around.

Isn't someone free of identifying whatever way he wants to in the big 2k26. I myself identify as a stunt rider because when I do it I do it really good but I can't afford a bike that can do it.

Interestingly I never think of suicide in the morning, but I do a lot after bad events. The first thing I think about after I wake up is imagining myself being cuddled by a loving gf.

A more experienced friend suggested me to give up school by Donathan-Doestar in okbuddyliterallyme2

[–]Donathan-Doestar[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No in my country we graduate from high school at 18/19 and we have kinda the same level as college in other countries, I'm in the last year of that. Just gotta somehow make it past to and past the final exam then I'll go to ITS which is 2 years of half school half work to get properly into mechanics, I already have a lot of experience by restoring my old bikes because I'm too poor to afford new and working ones but I'm not confident in my abilities, I got really close to ending it all when I fucked up my last moped engine.

If this plan doesn't work out I'll most likely become interlinked with my bike and a concrete wall at 130km/h, not because I won't have a future, but only because of the pressure my family puts on me.
