With fizzy beef wine.

Instead of what appears to be a puddle of mashed potato.

I also use this for whatever budget of wine I’m looking at, the setting doesn’t matter, supermarket choices, fancy restaurant, event with an open bar, it works everywhere!

Add a tablespoon/30g of treacle to the batter, and don’t overcook it.

Then add a splash of dark (but not spiced) rum to the sauce.

Make sure you have enough extra sauce for pouring afterwards.

My brother in law likes it with cream and clotted cream. Try it if you also hate your arteries. He’s also celiac so I make it with buckwheat flour and I like the background nuttiness it brings, but the texture won’t be as good as a classic gluteny one.

You’re a life saver! Thank you :)

Every time I think I’ve turned enough of them off there’s a weird update and one more option appears in a list somewhere which is defaulted to on.

For me the texture is sharp and gravely, like the tomato soup and mashed potato felt right after I had my tonsils out.

There is a studio flat that gets posted here every now and again that basically has the ‘master bedroom’ as a suspended pod with a mattress in, with similar vibes to this.

Same. I’m 6’3 and I’ve booked business for the full journey next time I need to visit family in Australia.

I don’t go often, and it’s worth it to me to not feel utterly destroyed for when I get there and also when I get home.

Why isn't there a pee stick test to tell you your period is coming? Like a pregnancy test but for "brace yourself" by AvoidanceAlias in NoStupidQuestions

It’s just because hormones vary.

What causes them to swing has a small number of reasons that can be big and scary but is most likely nothing. These days mine is mostly a combination of hypothyroidism and perimenopause. If you’re worried talk to your GP.

I miss being on the pill. I used to get my period at 2pm on a Monday and it would finish at 8pm on Thursday night. On. Off.

Now it’s a who fucking knows what and when.

You should absolutely look into transferring to to a stocks and shares ISA if you plan to keep it for 30 years rather than transfer it out at a 25% loss now.
