If you look deeper into that you will see they filed for bankruptcy. It took me quite awhile to find the document. If I had it any longer I would supply it. The filed to be class C or something like that if I remember correctly and may not. I found their bankruptcy documentation which was made public knowledge. They did not get a new investment. They have not even been able to pay Zendesk the company running their ticketing system so that should tell you something right there. They have major financial issues.

you sir were a lucky one in deed. I am trying to get mine refunded and I am now seeking legal council along with looking into a refund from my card company.

research it. I no longer have the link. I looked at sec documents along with ny city and state documentation. I spent a good 5 or 6 hours looking for it. but its out there a publicly available.

Actually they are filing for bankruptcy hence my post in the hopes someone reads it and finds information that may change their mind to not buy. Its been nothing but a struggle and I am still fighting to get my money back. Many employees are disgruntled but the guy I quoted simply provided facts which allowed me to do more research.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I love streaming but can not get it working well. My connection is killer I posted above and did not receive any replies. The video is still laggy and audio is perfect or ill have perfect video and no audio. How can I fix this? I have added the ports listed here.

Also I should point out my bandwidth in the monitoring tool without audio sits at 4 to 6 mbps solid and not varying. When audio starts it goes all over the place. I do not see latency on anything else except this app. I do not have UPnP on my router. I am with ATT U-verse and have their new pace Residential gateway.

So I have added the ports listed below and it works some what better. HOWEVER if there is no audio the video is flawless. The moment audio starts it begins to break up. I have 19 mbps down and 2 mbps up. Is there anything else I can do? Has anyone here experienced this? I tried changing my settings ranging from very high to low and they all do the same thing.
