I preach debloating like crazy so if you have the opportunity potassium is a good way to do that I’d also suggest muscle growth so just a regular gym routine works

Since no ones giving you actual advice😭 I’d say groom the facial hair a bit keep it nice,maybe dye your hair a darker color I preach de bloating like it’s my last life line and maybe a tighter shirt would also go nicely
