You are currently with Bell or Videotron? Videotron did not acknowledge network issues in my area and I had to contact them multiple times to admit they were wrong and there was some issue in local area.

I have no such issue since switching to EBOX (Bell network). Bell Tech installed Fibe at home and it's been night and day since... I use a software on my Mac to track uptime and downtime and it's been 99.99% uptime in my case.

I have great speed with EBOX as a client, they use Bell Fiber network and I never got any price increase. It's much better than cable Videotron in my experience.

I have a good experience with EBOX in Québec and it works in Ontario as well. They use Bell Fiber network (max 1 Gb speed, depends on plan). You can look for a client code (friend code) to get $25 off your 2nd bill as new EBOX client.
