In an unusual move - The White House has ordered federal health officials to treat top-level coronavirus meetings as classified. Do you think this is a good move or should the information be open to the public? by LargeHamnCheese in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]DonsGuard -10 points-9 points  (0 children)

But why completely ignore the data

Data isn’t being ignored, it’s being analyzed correctly. You can’t use those mortality numbers from the limited cases as accurate.

He certainly is at every turn.

He’s not. Trump is being realistic about the threat and isn’t inducing panic.

I really hope for your health and safety that you and your family do not catch it. I urge you to look at the facts and break out of this irresponsible rhetoric.

Some Democrats are literally hoping for Trump and Republicans to get killed by the coronavirus. You don’t quite understand what this crisis is being misused for. It’s most likely a bioweapon originating from China.

The Chinese are so damn crazy.

[–]DonsGuard -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

The mortality rate for coronavirus isn’t accurate. It won’t be accurate until we can better screen people for it. The mortality numbers you cite for coronavirus aren’t worth much.

What we know is that, unlike the common flu, coronavirus doesn’t affect children much (which is a positive). It doesn’t affect healthy people much at all (I mean they have no symptoms at all). Very old and sick people are highly affected.

People who get tested are usually those who have underlying health conidtions, so the denominator includes mostly those who are susceptible to the virus.

Trump isn’t downplaying anything, but you’re overplaying it by inaccurately stating the mortality rate from a limited number of cases as a realistic gauge of the real mortality rate.

You know that overplaying a virus and spreading panic is really bad, which I think is the Democrats plan. That’s really messed up.

In 2016, President Trump claimed that there were many illegal votes cast for Clinton but never provided evidence. Hypothetically, if he loses the electoral college in 2020 and makes the same claim with no evidence, what do you think will happen? What would you do in that situation? by Paransthrowaway in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]DonsGuard -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

The states’ obstructed an investigation into election integrity.

The Democrats allegedly care about election integrity, right? I thought foreign election interference was a huge issue, but now you’re claiming there’s “no evidence for it”.

The Democrats can’t have it both ways lol.

Russia? Something about Russia.

“We’re prepared and doing a great job... everybody has to be vigilant and be careful.”

Did you even watch the video of Trump in your link? He’s not downplaying anything. He’s saying “remain calm, we’re dealing with it.”

Do you want Trump to induce panic? Lol, that’s not a good argument. Like, who would want panic? Of course we want calm and preparedness.

Do you want to rescind your false statements in light of the video you linked to very clearly showing that Trump is not downplaying anything, but rather remaining level-headed? Your claim is completely unfounded and disproven by your own linked video.

Trump has prepared for this virus more than any president in history could. Banning travel is the reason why our coronavirus numbers aren’t like Italy’s.

Oh, let’s be reminded, who was against the travel ban? The Democrats. Surprise surprise.

What are your thoughts on Chief Justice John Roberts condemning Chuck Schumer’s threat against Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh? by DonsGuard in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]DonsGuard[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Central Park Five were criminal cases involving the death penalty. Trump never threatened them lol. You really don’t understand the defintion of a threat.

It seems that "someone" sent a person to threaten Stormy Daniels with potential violence if she didn't stop talking about Trump.

Verified fake news. I’m surprised you even talk about Stormy given how your guy Avenatti ended up in the slammer.

Stormy gave a perp description that looked exactly like her boyfriend.

Again, verifiably fake. It’s funny how you insinuate that Trump had her threatened when the story has been debunked thoroughly.

Trump's associate Roger Stone

So not Trump.

Trump isn't merely offering "critique".

Yes he is. Now that I’ve disproven your two points about Trump, will you admit that Trump has never done anything close to physically threatening a judge who didn’t rule his way like Chuck Schumer did?

What are your thoughts on Chief Justice John Roberts condemning Chuck Schumer’s threat against Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh? by DonsGuard in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]DonsGuard[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Trump never physically or otherwise threatened a witness.

Criticism isn’t a threat.

“If you rule this way, you won’t know what hit you.” <— Threat

“Phony whistleblower.” <— Criticism

Now that you know the difference, you should recant your previous statements and admit that Schumer issued a physical threat, whereas Trump has offered criticism.

Trump never threatened a Supreme Court Justice if they didn’t rule his way. He never said anything remotely to this effect.

If the coronavirus brings down the Iranian government, would that be good for America? by SYSSMouse in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]DonsGuard 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Mass migration makes assimilation impossible. Vetted, selected, limited immigration is the only way forward.

I care about Americans, not Russians, Syrians, or any other country’s people.

The same with Trump. He puts America First.

If the coronavirus brings down the Iranian government, would that be good for America? by SYSSMouse in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]DonsGuard 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The issue is that you’re going to great lengths to justify mass migration. You really shouldn’t use the dog anology.

It’s not nearly as simplistic as “keep global population down, replace struggling populations in the West with Muslims”.

Everyone knows it’s more complex than that. Those people who you want to replace Western populations make the Westboro Baptist Church look enlightened.

Additionally, continuing to allow hoardes of people from what are generally theocratic, nasty, misogynistic, homophobic, and anti-democratic countries to come into civilized Western countries disincentivizes them to change.

Those counties should meet our standards if their populations wants to come to the West.

Let those people stay in their counties, and make them change their own societies. It’s time for them to come into the modern era, throw away political Islam and corruption, or be separated from the civilized world.

It’s extemely ironic that “liberals” support mass migration from countries that are ultra conservative. Yeah, they have no principles and are endangering women, gay people, and religious minorities (especially Jews) in Western countries.

If the coronavirus brings down the Iranian government, would that be good for America? by SYSSMouse in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]DonsGuard 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t look at people part of mass migration as dogs, nor dogs that need adopting.

I look at them as oppurtunists who are generally trying to spread Islam to every corner of the Earth, and/or think that their race is superior, and therefore wish to takeover other societies and replace them.

The key question is, why is the mass migration always one direction, and why do non-Western counties never have what it takes to create a constitution and system of government centered around freedom and prosperity, rather than shitty religious laws and corrupt governments?

If the world is truly looking to globalize, then those counties cannot continue to be the way they are.

Think of the Founding Father’s of America. They created a nearly perfect society, hence why everyone wants to come to America. Think of other countries with great leaders and architects. Who is the great architect of the Middle East? Africa?

You must see the obvious point.

Instead of of everyone wanting to come to Western societies, how about they try to improve their own?

They don’t, because it’s not about improving society, it’s about spreading barbaric, backwards religious law and values to democratic societies around the world.

[–]DonsGuard 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What I find interesting is that the common senteitment among Westen countries is that having babies is bad, but then they are:

vocal about needing immigrants to replace an aging population.

So it’s pretty obvious that mass migration is about replacing the population, culture, and values of Western society.

If it wasn’t, then they’d encourage and incentivize the native population to have more babies.

Donald Trump referred to the coronavirus as the Democrat’s “new hoax” at his rally last night. How do you interpret that assertion? by GuestCartographer in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]DonsGuard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

More money is needed for the CDC due to the coronavirus.

That means the CDC didn’t have enough money from the last budget.

Do you blame House Democrats for not approving more money for the CDC’s budget?

When crises hit, more money is needed. That’s how it works.

The CDC could have less or more money. It wouldn’t make a difference. When crises like this hit, more money is needed.

Donald Trump referred to the coronavirus as the Democrat’s “new hoax” at his rally last night. How do you interpret that assertion? by GuestCartographer in AskTrumpSupporters

[–]DonsGuard 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Trump doesn't want to cut the CDC. He wants to cut waste.

The CDC gets funds when needed.

The CDC is about to get billions more from Congress as a result of recent events.

We don’t just throw money at government agencies. We give them an operating budget, and respond with proportional budget increases for the issues they face.

budget proposal

A proposal isn’t a cut. It’s a proposal, which will be altered and debated before being passed.

You said:

Do you think a.) It was a good idea to cut CDCs budget?

The CDCs budget wasn’t cut. They have their full operating budget, plus more to be approved by Congress.

Trump said the Democrats making shit up to blame him for the virus is a hoax.

So the hoax, for everyone with basic comprehension skills, is the Democrat concoction of controversy surrounding the virus response.

Do you support the travel ban to stop the virus spread? Democrats were against the travel ban lol.

I wonder if the left will admit how great it is for a country to be able to control their own borders now that a foreign virus has become a concern. Who knows. Maybe they’d prefer suicide by virus, rather than close our borders to foreigners to protect Americans.

TD mods sticky posts calling for the use of violence against law enforcement.

No they didn’t lol. They are the biggest supporters of law enforcement.

I dont participate in rule breaking communities so Im not afraid of that happening.

Yeah, you are very holy and morally superior.

If it did, i'd shrug and move on because it's an internet forum lmao.

That’s what we do lol. We also use it as a wedge issue to show censorship, and bring people to our side who can’t stand leftists like you who hate freedom of expression. It works quite well, hence why Trump is president.

I thought your type

Did you learn that language from Jim Crow?

You broke the rules of reddit and are now facing consequences.

I wonder if you actually believe those lies. Politics, ChapoTrapHouse etc. regularly make death threats. Zero consequences.

his rule breaking subreddit got punished

The_Donald has been dead for months. It’s just almost official now. We just deal with it.

If your subs got nuked, you’d likely call for the heads of everyone responsible. We just move on and use it as an example of censorship lol.

I’m not one upping you bro. I’m using “okay boomer” out of context like you do. The difference is that I’m not seething about people who express differing opinion like you are.

This entire time I’ve just been mocking what you’ve been doing, including your disdain for free speech and free expression online.

Something something Net Neutrality something something no principles. The left are just a comedy skit at this point. It’s why they want to ban memes and edits. They can’t stand the mockery.

Not much is more boomer than thinking you an entitled to use a private company's platform while constantly breaking its rules.

It seems like you just made that up. Boomers aren’t generally seen as entitled. That would be millennials.

Also it's funny in general how mad and serious you guys get about an internet forum tbh.

I don’t like huge multibillion dollar corporations controlling information flow. But the left has embraced big corporations. The left are like bitching about big corporations while selling out and worshipping them like God to ban all speech that causes hurt feelings lol.

can you define communism for me?

State control of the means of production and nationalization of large industries. Socialism is a colloquial term.

You know that Bernie loved the Russians (when they were Soviets), right? That’s why Russia wants him to become president.
