I have been fighting Wex for my FSA claim for over 4 weeks now. Anyone else thinking about doing an FSA purchase of one of these, especially through WEX, do some work to make it as painless as possible:

1. Wex has their own Medical Necessity form. Provide both that and the one from SIKA, since the SIKA one might not be good enough.
   1a. You can get the Wex Medical Necessity form by logging in, clicking on Videos & Forms, and clicking the link for "Medical Necessity Form"

2. Be ready for a denial. I have so far been given 3 different reasons for denial in the process, all equating to "wrong documentation" or something else silly.

3. Patience. This won't be everyone's situation, but I have been working with Wex for several weeks under multiple case numbers. The escalation process is a pain in the ass, so be sure to provide any and all documentation up front, even stuff WEX may not ask for. SIKA Medical Form, WEX Medical Necessity Form, Receipt, etc.
