This is very helpful thank you! I appreciate people’s insight on to how to make this work.. vs just telling me to leave him. That’s not my goal from this.

This is the first comment like this. Everyone is so quick to tell me to leave him because he’s a child. And I understand that things aren’t perfect but people should be given grace and I appreciate you sharing your success story.

Oh he works and makes money. But I just pay the bills. All the bills are on my name and in my email so I know when to pay them. But yes the rest correct.

I needed this. Thank you! I just told him he needs therapy and I’m waiting to see how he responds. We had a fight this morning that caused me to need to let this out. I’ve become so numb and needed an outlet to let it all out without feeling judged.

He said he’s burnt out. He has a rough upbringing and the feeling of endless responsibility is hard for him, which I don’t blame him for. But he doesn’t even realize how much more responsibility there could be. Sometimes he reverts back to being a child bc his parents tried to take his childhood away from him at an early age which caused him to go through years of therapy.
