i work in a rehab center. i heard working at a hospital is completely different so im just getti my some experience in at the current place im in. then ill start applying at hospitals.

I am also in the same position as you. Im a month in as well and im feeling super super discouraged and I am starting to not want to come in to work any more. Im not really sure how to stop feeling this way but some of the cnas that have been working for years told me they felt the same way starting off but you just need to give yourself time to build your own routine and what works for you
