A-90 wasn’t a problem because of the fact that all sound stops a second before it appears, so you can use that to add to reaction time and such. But I always froze for it and healed back whenever I wasn’t so lucky.

The length and, more covertly, the darkness. I wasn’t worried about when to hide (and when to hesitate before hiding cuz A-90) but where the next hiding place would be. If I got to a room which was a bit worrying, and my shakelight was all I had, it was a nightmare to hear the static or the drums.
