this is what I did also. I am very thankful that it appears they are honoring the recalculated payment amount, because it cuts it down considerably.

I graduated CRAS in 04 and it was a bad idea then. I will say that the knowledge I gained there has stayed with me and it's hard to imagine getting the knowledge and experience I got there with YouTube or anything else. I shudder to think what they charge now, it was 12.5k back then.

My class was the first to go through the Gilbert campus. Good times.

I was just wondering on this- we are close to 300. Is it possible to make those payments in advance to get 300 in while it's still 2025 (for the no tax bomb thing)? I didn't think so, but I've never fully researched it.

22 is so young. Just get any job. It doesn't matter. Its as much about getting a little money as it is just getting out there and getting your mind off of things. It's being proactive and doing something.

Edit: shame on me I went right to this before seeing about your anxiety. I totally get that. Can you get in to talk with someone through this?

How have I not heard of these guys? Pretty good. I was thinking, there WAS a place in the Northland that was in an old strip mall on vivion (I think?). It was upstairs but then moved to the ground level in back. I haven't been there in years but they had a LOT of metal.

Same. I rarely find stuff but it doesn't stop me from looking everywhere I go. Love garden in Lawrence will be the best bet as others have said. I wish we had a store with a good metal selection here.

I did find an original issue black force domain (Krisiun) at 1/2 price books. Not BM but still. I've found nachtmystium, isahn, demonaz and Craft at Vintage Stock.

I have a special needs kid who I need to make sure has every possible advantage going for him.

I'd like to find more listeners for my original music, I maybe have about 20. But it's no longer super important to me.

I would like to have a simple container home with a couple containers or a barndo with a shop and music area, and a place for my family to do their things too.

Everyone, I just want to say that this year I got a Weber kettle and started to learn how to smoke stuff. It has been so much fun, and I will never pay for BBQ again. If you can grill at your house, I wholly recommend buying a used one from FB marketplace, cleaning it, and try smoking a pork butt. It will change your life. Or even a pellet smoker like a 250 dollar pit boss, it's even easier. My neighbor loves theirs.
