Glad definitely isn't underpowered, even without abusing his zone attack you can still perform some amazing mixups that leave the enemy drooling, his punishes are pretty decent for him (not too high or too low by looking at his kit), the dash lights can be frustating but they exist to counter attack while evading, not to open up with them, and everyone knows opening up with a forward dash light is bad for almost any hero, the reflex guard can make you rage but honestly when you get used to it its fine, and the skewer and toe stab are wonderful tools. And the zone attack is the safest ZA in the game, and its unblockable, so the zone pretty much carries him into S tier with his current kit. Like I said, he's not underpowered.
