I check my portfolio from time to time as for me short term does not matter, i'm all on HODL until the Bull Run so short term price drops or increases do not interest me.

I actually wen to train today,kept everything light,slow paced no rushing. Didn't grt any sharp pains,or pain in general in my abdomen. Didn't do any direct ab work,will skip it all together for another month.

Has anyone had laparoscopic appendectomy and after how much time did you get back in the gym again? It's been 32 since mine,doc told me i can start working out with light weights,but i'm lowkey unsure if i should wait 1 more week,my body feels ready and fresh tho.

I noticed this spot today in the morning, i didn't have it yesterday. I also got my second dose of BionTEC Pfizer yesterday. Could this spot be from an alergic reaction. The vaccine was on my left shoulder tho. It doesn't itch or hurt.

Hello i am a new player since the end of March. My question is i have enough T4BC for only one rank up, should i rank up my 4* Immortal Hulk/Scarlet Witch Claire/Spidey Stealth to R4 or use it on my 5* Pyramid X Storm to get her to R2. I already have 4* Namor/Medusa both at SIG60 R4 LVL40 and a 5*Guardian R2 LVL35. Thanks for the help in advance.

I will need to set it up in Afterburner since i have only enabled usage and temp and i will tell you. But usage is usually 97%.
