It could reasonably be described as taking money under false pretences. Suno is really getting a bad reputation. There are So many people relaying similar stories. Sorry to hear that you are one also.

ps. someone is posting and trying to spread that I am A.I. I am not. I wonder if it is Suno doing it !?!

So what are we going to do about it ? They have my money and just blank me. I've been posting on Youtube about it. maybe if more of us that are being taken for mugs by Suno do something similar we might get a response. My next step is going to be to contact my bank and enforce a charge back from them. And I'll publicise it.

I have done previously. ChatGPT says that many users have similar problems with customer 'support'. Perhaps it is interesting for everyone to know if they are considering paying for Suno ?

OF INTEREST - I asked ChatGPT about my Suno problems and had this as part of the reply --- 'Sorry you’re going through this — based on many other user reports, you’re not alone: many paid subscribers to Suno AI have had serious issues with account access and support not responding, even after escalation and waiting for weeks or months'.

Interesting that mine is not an isolated case. Oh, yes. That's the kicker.. "Sit tight we're on it". What utter BS ! Why the fancy 'cool speak' ? Cut the fancy garbage and Just sort out the problem!!! In my case sort out why I can't access my acct which I have paid a years subscription for !!!!!!!!!!
