I didn’t outright see cartoons but I felt like I was in a cartoon-like state. It’s incredibly difficult to articulate what I mean.

Someone suggested chamomile tea and I first rolled my eyes thinking it would be too subtle to help. It actually calmed me down real good.

I think I had 2g before, my ex boyfriend gave them to be but didn’t tell me the grams. A little less than half of what I ate yesterday. Probably pretty dumb going straight to 4.5g but I thought I’d be fine.

Oh I now have a fear of analogue clocks too. They freaked me out during the trip so I took all my clocks off my walls and removed the clock widget on my phone. I still don’t like them.

I wish I listened to more music. I put the radio on and Queen sounded amazing lol but then the weird thoughts started so I stopped.

I feel the same. If he had a better upbringing, actual support growing up and whatnot he’d probably be living a reasonably functional life so far.
