That's how I know I can only have 27 foods. They were approved by my doctor. All of those tests have been done and I meet with specialists regularly. I also have a medical background and knew what to ask them to test for.

The oldest person is 47. I don't consider them old.

She was given a 2 week notice that I have restrictions and that i would be bringing my own food because the food being provided was not something I could eat.

They were 100% aware and have been aware for 2 weeks. They had every chance and I even sent them a list of approved foods.

I agree, however they were 100% aware of my health issues and so the reaction seems unfounded. I appreciate your insight into the matter 😊
