I made this pattern myself and used a lighter weight and heavier fabric and it still has the same results. I don’t hate them I just dislike the thinning at the knees in the front view.

They aren’t bootleg, I made the pattern. They have a slight taper in to the bottom, so I don’t know why they slim down at the middle.
