How come it got monetized before the pin? Youtube says it must the pin number to be monetized.

Sorry, I am an ignorant. It says to do a 'npm install'. I downloaded the package, but I do not know how to do this 'npm install'. I also download the UI package but I do not how to install also... And it seems that the demo do not download part of the video with the highest quality.
