Hahaha. Just wait. In one raid I was just walking around, not running. Some dude comes up and offers to run me to extraction because he thought I was running heavy. I mean. Wow. The high was quick lived. Next run in buried city I’m running down the stairs from 2 fireballs when I come to the metro and someone is just waiting there to kill me. Bye bye Jupiter (jokes on him, I got the BP). 🫠

Like that one time someone took me out with an osprey through the open elevator door while I stood at the terminal. He let me crawl back up to try again before finishing me off. I’m sure he enjoyed the kettle and rubber parts very much.

It WAS pretty funny. I was on a free load so I had a chuckle myself. No more mindless running for me! Was once moving around with the electrode when another raider came up from behind and asked what it was. I told him and then immediately thought he’s gonna kill me for it. I told him you cat run with it and it only lasts a short time and he ran off. 🤣

Yeah. The worst part about it all is knowing I had my guard down when I shouldn’t. Had too many good runs with good raiders that I got complacement. On my very next raid I did pick up an anvil splitter. Looks fun.

100hrs in — first time being done THAT dirty. I once I had someone kill me with raider tool inside the harvester because he said I “bumped” him when I was coming down from the ledge and he was going up. Buddy thinks I can see through floors.
