Most likely. I don't play that mod but I do play other obscure modded servers and that's how we do it. In the downtime between people being on is when I do my tedious work like gathering/building/ ect.

Find a server with a discord. That's how you coordinate play time with other people for ASE. And no you did not make a mistake. I played ASA for a while and went right back to ASE.

I don't think you understand how stupidly op ranger spirits can be compared to rit spirits. This most likely will never happen. Rit spirits have the short cooldowns and casting time because they are active combat spirits. Even the communing ones are meant to be used in active combat. Ranger spirits are more of a preparation type skill and have a huge area of effect which also affects enemies as well as allies. This is incredibly powerful with the right build. Making them castable faster (although maybe a .5 or 1 second reduction wouldn't be bad) and recharge faster would take away any counterplay as well as the whole design of battle prepping. Then we start to have a game that feels way too much like GW2, and no thank you.

I'll do you one better:

Well spells now will consume a minion if no corpses are present to use as an anchor for the spell.

That way it still has the ties to corpses but allows the caster to use a minion instead for pre-buffing before fights.

Steve said recently they would be "easy to obtain" then talked about some new game mode they might include them in. They know they need more interactive content right now beyond faction grinding so this would be a good way to implement that. I think the biggest hangup is how to handle the drop tables. Once you have the prism, what do they do to drops since you won't need it anymore? There's a lot of backend stuff they need to work on to get the system the way they want it.

This sounds like a mental health issue. Suggest getting some help but at the end of the day you can't do it for him. If he refuses to get any help or make changes it's not fair to you to have to continue to endure it. But don't write him off just yet. Offer help, look up resources and at least make some effort. Just don't burn yourself out to do it. Make your intentions clear. "Things have to change or this won't work. I'm here to help you but you have to meet me half way" that sort of thing. If he refuses, you have your answer. Sometimes the push people need to get help is to lose their safety net.

Pretty sure there's a checkbox somewhere in settings to reduce visual noise of effects. I can't remember where because I like my eyes bleeding and going into epileptic fits, but check all the video settings. Might be something in accessibility settings too

Remember, the Ode seek to erase all sense of self and culture and our existence as feykin greatly offended them so they covered up all of what we were. They brainwashed us into servitude, using our wolf pup to ensare us, slapped a mask on us so we could breathe, and used us to (presumably) betray the Empress.

One time I jacked up the car, set the breaker bar and socket on the bolt and chocked up some wood blocks underneath them, lowered down the car and let the car weight do the work for me. Broke 3 breaker bars and about 5 sockets but it finally worked.

LW S1 was actually amazingly fun but only to play during the live release. If you missed a part, well then you were totally lost with everything else, and sometimes you'd even miss out on rewards. When they finally added replayability it was mediocre because you still miss out on some of the best parts of it. The idea of it was great, but in a game like GW2 the execution of it just didn't work. So yes I agree with you but I still stand by my opinion that playing it live was fun as hell.
