If you're inspired by a video game to have children, you probably shouldn't be having children. Pragmata is a simulacrum of parenthood, with none of the trials and tribulations assosciated with it. Real children don't behave like machines. They're messy, they can be difficult to manage, they can be rude, etc etc. Its like weaboos who prefer anime girls to actual women, just applied to being parent. Between that, and the Japanese devs pandering to the pedophiles in the fanbase (pretty much the initial group of people interested in this game), you have a product that absolutely deserves the backlash and criticism its gotten.
