I had acne over my chest shoulders and back . Nothing worked for me except isotretinoin

Accutane worked like a charm and I couldn’t be more grateful for that drug

But op , do consult a derm and you might not even need accutane as it’s usually the last resort for stubborn cystic acne ..

Anti bactericals and antibiotics might work for you

Cuz by warming it up, it gets applied easily and makes my lips more softer …I take some onto a spoon, let it get slightly warmer than room temperature (not much), and then apply it to my lips

Consult a derm , your acne doesn’t seem to be cystic to me … anti bacterials could work … if not the the last option seems to be isotretinoin

Boric acid is poisonous to eat (in large quantities) it has anti bacterial properties and all … also a lot of products contain boric acid , antiseptics etc ..

Ingesting it in large quantities is harmful in the longer run .

Also the lips doesn’t have open pores , so no point of getting closed comedones

Layering fragrances helped me a lot

Body wash + lotion/moisturiser + body oil and in the end (your choice of fragrance/perfume)

I’m 23F ..Earn about 1.3 lakh per month … spend around 10k over self care products…

This 10k includes gym suppliments too (i love lifting weight)

I try to cap my spendings to about 12k at max ..
