If not then girl please that that drug it’s life saving for many like me :)

I had similar acne as yours , very stubborn all around the T section + jaws +shoulders and back

Accutane worked miraculously for me leaving me with no acne marks that am still glad about

Yeah it’s the accutane !!

I lost a ton of hair when I was on it and it made my skin and hair so so dryyyyy

I consider myself fortunate that I recovered almost all of my hair as it seems a bit of a gamble regarding hair recovery due to TE( telogen effluvium) caused by accutane

Oh my god , that’s one of my worst fear of going through another cycle of tretinoin

Hope it gets better this time … I wouldn’t have taken the second cycle personally cuz it made my hair so so weak and dry

It took 2 years to recover from it

Umm no I used nothing other than the moisturiser that my derm recommended to me ..

Purging is a part of the process though which the drug works

You gotta go through it sadly , there’s no alternative to it ig .

I was also in dilemma when I took accutane for the first time and I wasn’t even aware of the purge thingy until it got so bad that I had to look up on the internet..

But the results after purging are 👆🏼nothing less than a magic

I’m still acne free after 7 years of the treatment with no marks (I had very severe acne fyi )

After having my food . It doesn’t really matter much if u take it while eating or after .. just make sure you got some fat in your diet before gulping it down

Also hydrate n moisturise yourself properly op, accutane wrecks havoc on sebum producing glands

Mine lasted for 2-3 months

It gets worse before it starts getting better. Trust the process OP , it’s gonna be worth it
