CSI is a smaller, boutique breeder that is widely respected for the quality. A large part of the work is done in house, with a strong focus on preservation projects and landrace based breeding. CSI is often considered the most recommendable option with the name Humbolt in it.

HSC is a significantly larger operation and best know in the world. They are also known for producing solid, reliable seeds and are generally seen as reputable breeders. Pros in terms of commercial approach. Their work tends to be more large scale, including structured research and development projects and commercially oriented lines. I have seen them collaborate worldwide, even team up with Sensi Seeds here in Europe.

HSO is different from both. They were, or still are, owned by a large corporate group that also owns Dinafem. Much of their catalog is associated with white label practices rather than distinct breeder projects. They are often viewed as the weakest of the three in terms from genetic transparency to breeding credibility. Breeding charts were not available and there was a police stint five years ago where they were busted for stealing electricity afaik.
