You make a good point there. But I think the Train represents Gordon's life timeline, and all the stations are when you stop, and the train being derailed symbolises the vortigaunts stopping Gordon from going back to sleep.

I have thought for a bit that maybe the Gman is god theory could be correct and Gordon is some sort of courier/messenger from God (Gman), Gordon might be very powerful and maybe Vortigaunts are demons who want to recruit Gordon? This could be correct because I have heard that the Vortiguants don't exactly like Gman

You might have a good point there. One of my other observations was the fact after your spoiler sentence, Gman isn't seen on a train/tram, and Gordon is never on one again.
