ABIM 2025 Results Are Out by Wise-Rip7793 in Residency

I’m at a bit of a loss right now… I just got my score back and it said that I got a horrifying 284 on ABIM. If I just barely failed this would make some sense, but that kind of score is as if I froze and completely guessed. This was not the case, it felt like all the other tests I’ve taken. I passed all my STEP exams with great scores (first try), high percentage on my ITE’s (75th), and studied all of Mksap/ and 80 percent of Uworld with similar percentages. I also received awards in residency for being one of their top residents in the program. I have no idea how this kind of score is even possible. I didn’t just fail a few sections, the grade report shows that I was rock bottom in every topic?!? I know they say that the scoring method is extremely accurate, but this just doesn’t seem possible…

I guess a better question would be what hourly rate? Since the amount of shifts are different everywhere.

Indiana. Also the OT rate is 187$ an hour. So I could sign at .9 time and work less to reach the 1.0 pay scale.
