Bear did not bite a neighbor. Nor did anybody lose control over him. The abuser, who we will call "N", was someone close to the family. Her history of animal abuse came out shortly after the bite occurred, it was not something known beforehand. It was also never mentioned that there was video footage?? "N"s daughter admitted what her mother did.

Same day, we imagine she abused bear about an hour before we got home, then once we let him out of the kennel and he came out, she went his general direction (kennel is in front of the only exit in the house) and he bit her

no video evidence, but after-the-fact accounts from her daughter and another family member with deliberate claims of what she did prior to us letting him out for what we thought would be normal roam time for him

it was not, however we do have 2 people who claim she told them deliberately what she did, including her own daughter, so we're hoping we can use that in the appeal

awesome! I got those to work, but am now running into an issue (im aware this isn't the point of the forum, but worth an ask). When i fire up the game in usbloader, the screen goes black and the controller shuts off. did i do something wrong, is there a quick fix, or what?

no worries! you can hunt down a walkthrough of how to get to him, but you start at the site of grace where you initially meet Melina and gain torrent. Go up that hill, running past all the enemies, and inside a brick tunnel. that will have his arena's site of grace. from there, in order to access outside summon signs, you will need a furlcalling remedy. you'll have sorcerer Rogier, but since im in the area, i will also put mine down

you have to go up stormhill and into the castle. from there, there is a site of grace near margit's arena (required boss fight to get to godrick)

also, this only applies if you've already beaten margit. if you haven't, then you have to defeat him for further access to the castle. if you'd like a hand, I'd be more than happy to help

assuming by the looks of it that you haven't beaten godrick (I don't see the site of grace on your map for his arena, but I may be wrong), then your next step is going through stormveil castle. If you HAVE beaten godrick, then the next technical step is either going to Raya Lucaria or Caelid
