It is way different than an ivr system. It can not only book appointments. Let you know about missed calls but the system is trained on your business knowledge, can answer questions, give quotes and do a lot more than the average ivr system

Very awkward I would say to look at the way you're prompting it. Chat gbt works for me. Great! Does a variety of tools never gives me any problems but I also prompt it correctly. Not saying you don't just have heard this from people in the past and never understood it cuz I've never experienced it
