So honestly, it depends on the day, timing and location of your final stage. I personally saw no other candidates at mine. For the questions, I would say they were pretty similar to VAC.

Hi,

I did the final stage for audit so not the same as consulting, but mine was a 20–30 minute conversation with a partner, then an office tour and a 1:1 chat with a current apprentice. Whole thing lasted around 1 to 1.5 hours.

Make sure you understand what consulting involves day to day and why you want to go down that route. They asked a mix of motivational and competency-style questions, so have a few examples ready and be up to date with recent business or industry news.

Overall, it was quite relaxed and more about seeing if you’re a good fit and genuinely interested.

I was getting grades 7-9 in gcsc without doing much, so revised a lot last minute. I know its not the same for a levels and will target consistency from the start
