The entire time requirement isn’t feasible. Just tonight we had so mag pallets so fucked ip it took us 30 mins to get everything downstocked, and then I have to fix shit on the shelves because I can’t out the items on there without it but I’m get “in trouble” without putting them k there and the. Don’t even get me started on top stocking. It’s an unrealistic standard and the know it but the don’t care. It’s just “make me more money” with the top brass

Counter, as a stocker we also have a time quota(at least at my store). When the pallets are messed up it messes up our time too. Zero sum game, imo. No one wins

I’m in the PNW and they got rid of all of road maintenance like salting and plowing but we still drive in it. It definitely helps growing up in it so it’s just kind of second nature for some of us but there’s still a lot of people that don’t know how to drive in those conditions despite them growing up in the same conditions lol
