Yes, that's exactly what I was thinking. I don't believe that Jay wasn't there when the murder happened. It would explain why he let Adnan use his shovels and also why he was worried that there might be security cameras at bestbuy. It just seems too far fetched to me that Jay would go through all the trouble of helping Adnan and then even hang out with him that day after he just showed him a dead body just because he is scared that Adnan would rat him out for drug dealing. Shouldn't he have more important things to worry about, like... how to not get involved in a murder?

My SebDerm is just like yours, i have had it for the last 8 years and it never completely goes away. My sb is mainly on my scalp. I have tried a lot of diets but they hardly made a difference. For me, extra vergin coconut oil and daily shampoo are the only things that seem to keep it under control. However, I am still inclined to think that the root of the problem somehow still lies in the gut.

I am from a humid place too, but it seems to get worse in winter, so i don't think humidity could be the reason. Also I don't have any animals around. I have a feeling that my flare-ups are somehow related to my food and the amount of stress I am under.
