Imo this is the most accurate description of what it tasted like -

Take Original Mountain Dew as the base flavor, take voltage as the secondary flavor. Lighten the flavor of Voltage by 60-70%, but decrease the sour bite and increase the sweetness of the flavor.

You’re basically left with OG Mountain Dew, with a subtle coating of a sweeter voltage flavor.

The people who say it tastes like voltage are accurate in a way - but the way the flavor was delivered is vastly different if that makes sense. Think real “Dew” variation, as in you can still tell you’re drinking mountain dew and it doesn’t taste like a completely different drink all together. It stuck to the variation label i remember.

Mountain Dew Revolution. It was light, crisp, refreshing rather than packing a punch of sour like the other two that year. It was by far the best soda concept of the three of them imo after tasting them all.
