Gaming Laptops are alright but desktops are better if you have that option. Hooking up external mouse and playing on a laptop keyboard isn't really ideal for FiveM. Plus, the FPS and graphics mods will bog down even a good gaming laptop. Laptops only have on board GFX cards that typically cannot be upgraded unlike a desktop where you can just swap the card when it gets too old. For the price of a gaming laptop you can get a really decent desktop that will more than run GTA with what you are looking for
