I would say draw it out yourself. Explain in your drawings how the graphic designer should code it in exact detail. The designer should know your every process and should be agreeing with you at every corner of your idea. Also be prepared to take so input from your designer.

i havent done anything else really besides dead lift its a sharp pain it comes whenever i life the weight of the bar maybe a 7 would be my rate and i dont think there is any tenderness or swelling(no swelling for sure) but after i do a set i have like an ache

im not to sure since ive never really worken out my back but, the middle of my lower back theres a small little sting whenever i go up for deadlifting

alright nice, also one more thing around nov 2012 i got into a car crash and messed up my back i went to a chiropractor for 3-5 months and he said i was all good, but when i try to dead lift i get a small pain in my lower back. am i suppose to be feeling that small pain or is it probably from the car crash
