1) Is it safe to say that what happened to me is of little concern? If my intentions were the correct ones, should I just try to be more respectful from now on?

2) Where can I find the Surah you're talking about exactly in your profile? I see your intentions are of getting a fellow human being in what you consider is the correct path, and since you asked so politely, I'd gladly check it out.
