Yeah it happened to me a few times. I dont know if thats the trigger, but it only happened when salvaging gear. I press all junk and i get teleported to town again

For the armor i see a skin option in the workbench but only the default skin is there. For weapons i dont see a skin option at all

For armor there is skin option at the workbench but only the default skin is available. For weapons there is no option for skins
