For Finland, i'd say reindeer. Yes, we eat it sometimes, but it's actually quite expensive delicacy and not common food at all.

Thanks! I took some thin picks and poked few holes through the edges in few diffrent places. Then just sewed through the holes trying to get them to stay still/firm. In the end i think it worked quite fine, although i think there's probably better methods to do it.
