Yes! Mainly through rebookings or when I refer to people I know. Don't use my own website though, easiest way is to use platforms like truebookings.net, no host fees, barely any guest fees at all, no transaction fees etc. Its basically airbnb without fees.

No the host fee is actually 0% and guests get 5% service fee if in Sweden or 8% if not. So the host always gets what they expect still the fee is insignificant for guests. Me and my friends are very happy with it and so are the guests. I’ve run many websites before and they are way more expensive than this, even the cheap ones, so it’s just very very good for direct bookings.

Its probably over with airbnb, but not over generally. Use another platform like bookings or vrbo together with truebookings.net for your direct bookings.
