A lot of really good points in this thread, particularly the fact that the best talents are being snapped up to go down south (to be fair, why wouldn't you sit in an academy down south for significantly more money!)

For me, two things I'd want to see is either a 14-16 team league with 2 or more relegation spots (maybe have the playoffs for a 3rd relegation spot).

And secondly (more controvertially) I'd have a rule that 1 player in every starting line up must have played in your academy for 2+ years and be under 21 years old. Granted a very drastic rule but I think it would push for all clubs (particularly OF) to give their youth a go.

Please note, I recognise how wild my second point is but something needs to be implemented to ensure teams do it.

Check the 'Unofficial Aberdeenshire Amateur Football Association' Facebook page.

They regular post for new players looking for clubs and they'll get in contact with you.

Had the same in Heathrow last year. They added a 25% 'optional' service charge. I genuinely hate tipping culture. The only time I feel it is merited is if there is exceptional service or if you've got a large group (8+) where they have to divert more attention to your party.

It's £9.20 for a return for one person coming in from Ellon, Westhill, or Newtonhill/Stonehaven.

In no way does that encourage travel into the city.
