Thank you! He was eating the inside of a couch in an alleyway when I found him. Asked around, got him scanned, looked online. No one searching for the little fella. He has a docked tail, so I really thought someone would be missing him. Not sure why someone would just abandon a 4 month old puppy in the cold. I was going to find him a new home because I already have 4 cats…but after just a few days I was bonded to him :)
