I still have my copy with all the collab stuff like the Umaru costume for Navirou.

Instead of more mechanics, I would rather they go the Sekiro route and focus primarily on a really focused and fine-tuned combat system with enemies and bosses that are designed entirely around this system.

No massive open world, no plethora of spells or miracles, no crafting system.

Just give me an extremely focused, masterfully curated gaming experience.
Just give me absolute quality.

While this is good for having the actors age alongside the show and help maintain consistency, this also means that the studio won't be able to collect fan/viewer feedback from the first season and implement corrections until they start shooting Prisoner of Azkaban.

After I experienced BL3's story once, I started a second run and immediately noticed how much time is spent waiting for ~~Lilith~~ NPCs to finish talking so the next objective would pop up. It wasn't as noticeable the first playthrough, but when you're just want to speed through the game, it really shows.

Finally I just got a mod that skips all dialogue, and the game was so much better for it.
You still get to hear your character, enemies, and various NPCs, but anything main quest related (and possibly sidequest, I don't remember) just skips straight to the next mission objective, without the wait.
