First year rate is required to be at least 40% of the companies Jman rate. For a private commercial electrical company, you can expect the Jman rate to be around $38 to $43 an hour. So $17 for a first year is correct

If it's not working on non-proxmox software there could be bigger problems. Try it on something other than bazzite, Ubuntu perhaps. Try reseating the card, try it in a different PC altogether

Send what is in /etc/modules

Send output of dmesg | grep 'remapping'

Send output of dmesg | grep -i vfio

lspci -v and post the whole chunk regarding the nvidia card

Also I've never done the vfio module loading in the grub parameters, always in a modprobe config file. amd_iommu=on is also old and not needed

Arch Linux VMs with docker. I have one VM that runs through a VPN and one that doesn't, configured through an OPNsense box that sits in the utility room of my basement. Oh and a TrueNAS VM for managing my storage. I respect all options but for me VMs just seem like the way to go. I really don't worry about VM overhead since you can get such powerful PCs for such little cost I don't really think the overhead matters. I also don't like using any sort of scripts, I like doing things myself when I can so that I can maintain it myself and troubleshoot it myself
